Landlords Terms & Conditions

(1) Fees
    For Flats, houses, rooms and bedsits:
  • 2½ weeks rent for a 3 month contract.
  • 3½ weeks rent for a 6 month contract
  • 10% rent for 1 years contract.
If landlord pays the renewal fee-
    For flats and houses:
  • 1½ weeks 6 month contract
  • 2 weeks for a 1 year contract


    • For rooms and bedsits:
  • 1 week for 3/6 months
  • 2 weeks for 1 year
All fees are subject to V.A.T

(2) Services which we offer:-
  • Collection of 1 Months deposit and 1 Month's Rent In advance.
  • Collection of work references.
  • Copy of passport.
  • Copy of Driving License.
  • References from Previous Landlord.
  • Last 3 months Wage Slips.
  • Letter For Guarantor (if students)

All Tenancy Agreements through Our Admin Department.
All signings of Tenancy Agreements to be carried out at our premises.

Fees are only due if we successfully find a suitable tenant for your property.

The landlord/lady will be prosecuted and be liable for all court costs & double the amount due on fees should they deal with clients that we have introduced to them without the involvement of Diamond Accommodation Bureau.

Diamond are not obliged to intervene in any landlord/lady & tenant discrepancies after the agreement has been agreed upon and signed.

Landlord/lady is solely responsible for any gas & electric certificates.

The landlord will have to provide the tenant prescribed information about the scheme safeguarding their deposit.
